I have a question On the net I read many thing on their diet some says feed him once a day others say one day yes one day no can you tell me your opinion on that? 10x for your comments buddies BERTU

Once they get used to you and start to correlate you with the food you will always get the same response!! You might actually not be seeing them in the water but they would be salivating Kidding!! Fish in the wild are in a almost constant search for food. So, try to observe growth, activity and colours of your fish. I would try to get my puffer to accept dry food as soon as possible..that's because of the vitamins and high protein content. More than that it is surely disease free.. Feed daily, alternate that with frozen foods and even add that occasioal feeder fish treat once in a while. gabs

Some hobbyists state that Hairy puffer do not require there teeth to be trimmed. Other state that every puffer needs hard-shelled foods to eat or their teeth will need trimming.
