| I finally managed to set up my new planted tank. After doing some research and also getting feedback from this site (for which I am grateful to the members who helped),my aquarium set up is ready.
I am planning to keep discus in this tank, therefore I planted medium to low light plants which should be fine in a high temperature between 29 and 30 degrees. Next week I should be getting and instal... |

| This is my new shrimp setup which has replaced this old setup after losing all my Crs due to constant high summer temperatures. Other shrimp (Bumblebee and Blue perals) were not affected as badly as the Crs were.

| Hello People.
I Have recently (6 months ago!) set up a 25 liter aquarium with two small parrot fish one yelloow and one oorangeee!
I have also managed to set up an under gravel filtering system, connected to a small external canister filter (bought from e bay), airiated 24 7 and heated up to 26 degrees Celsius (50 watts heater).
My fish seems very happy, healthy, colorful and energetic ... |

| Yesterday i did a water change 35 and cleaned the external filter. Today the water is really cloudy with like a lot of white bubbles in it. I used tap water with aquasafe and malawi salt. To tell the truth the salt was a bit moist yesterday and when i've put it in the water it fizzed, like a soft drink. At first i thought that water has to much air in it, could it be? but i cannot see from side ... |

| With my interest on these beautiful Plakats on the increase, I could not contain myself not to acquire another most beautiful pair.
The male is a Copper Red Dragon HMPK and the female is a Copper Dragon HMPK.
The parents are a pair bred by a reputable Plakat farm namely Aquastar 71 in Thailand. Father is Black Copper Yellow HMPK and mother is a Copper Yellow PK.
